1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of jl16club.vip, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the jl16club platform. By accessing jl16club.vip, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

jl16club reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jl16club reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jl16club. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl16club reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl16club login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl16club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl16club immediately by contacting our support team.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jl16club may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl16club accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jl16club account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. jl16club is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days. jl16club reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jl16club are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl16club is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by jl16club are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms provide the general framework; individual promotion pages or communications will specify wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and their account may be suspended.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating.

10. Limitation of Liability

jl16club's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl16club account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl16club does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
